Amy Benenson is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a strong dedication to Addiction Medicine and Family Medicine. With clinical experience across both Connecticut and Rhode Island, she brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education.

Amy earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Bryant University and holds multiple state licenses. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and continues to advance her training through ongoing education and specialty certifications, further deepening her clinical scope.

Known for her empathetic and thorough approach to care, Amy believes in empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve lasting wellness.

When she’s not in the clinic, Amy enjoys hiking with her dog and competing in horseback riding. She’s passionate about modeling self-care and encourages others to prioritize their own well-being.
