Having worked in clinical settings as a Direct Support Professional, as well as in healthcare recruitment, he understands firsthand how strong hiring practices, intentional professional development, and thoughtful leadership directly impact the quality of client care. This perspective shapes his approach to building systems and initiatives that empower teams while supporting the critical work being done in behavioral health.
Christopher earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education from New York University. He also holds graduate degrees in Educational Psychology and Program Evaluation from the University of Connecticut. He strives to apply this knowledge to develop data-driven strategies that improve workplace performance and foster long-term employee growth.
Outside of work, Christopher enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his endlessly energetic dog, Jax.
