Courtney, is an accomplished music therapist who brings her expertise to Paramount Wellness Retreat each week, offering clients a unique and engaging therapeutic modality. She is the founder of Progressions Music Therapy Services, established in 2005, and is board-certified by the Certification Board for Music Therapists. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Music Education with concentrations in Music Therapy and Public School Teaching from

The College of Wooster and earned her Master of Music Therapy from Temple University in 2011.

With over two decades of experience, Courtney has created and implemented innovative individual and group music therapy programs across public schools, treatment centers, state agencies, and community organizations. She is a passionate advocate for the field and has held leadership positions within the American Music Therapy Association, including Vice President of the New England Region and National Co-Chair of the Workforce Retention and Development Committee.

Courtney is deeply committed to raising awareness of music therapy as a powerful and versatile tool for healing. “I’ve seen firsthand how transformational and effective music therapy can be,” she shares. “It’s an honor to introduce this emerging field to new audiences and help them experience the joy and impact music can bring.”

At Paramount, her sessions invite individuals to connect, express, and heal through the power of rhythm, melody, and creativity.
