Ginny is a dedicated Recovery Coach with a strong foundation in both education and personal experience. She holds a degree from Charter Oak State College with a concentration in Psychology and Communications and is certified as a SMART Recovery Facilitator and Recovery Coach through the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR).

With over five years of experience in the recovery field, Ginny has worked across a variety of roles—including sober living support, peer mentorship, alumni outreach, and individual recovery coaching. Her approach is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and authenticity. Ginny is passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives, walking beside them as they define and pursue their own paths to wellness.

She believes that recovery is not just about healing, but also about rediscovering joy, purpose, and the possibilities that life has to offer. Her presence brings encouragement and a sense of connection to those she serves.
