Jaime is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and currently completing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Southern Connecticut State University. She has spent the last 10 years working in the behavioral health field in various capacities, including admissions, outreach, and direct care, all of which deepened her passion for this work and expanded her understanding of the complexities of recovery.
When asked about the reasons that drew her to the field, and especially to working with individuals and families impacted by substance use, she identifies a mix of personal experience and the privilege of walking alongside so many people on their healing journeys. She values the resilience of the human spirit and the power of connection in recovery. Through compassion, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help, she allows people to feel seen, supported, and capable of change.
Outside of work, Jaime finds that connection truly fills her cup. She loves spending time with family and friends and making an effort to lean into the things that bring peace. Whether it’s the gym, a concert, or trying out a new restaurant, she always seeks out joy and presence in the little moments.
