For more than 13 years, John has built a career dedicated to supporting others on their journey to recovery. He began as a Behavioral Health Technician and progressed into Operations Leadership, developing extensive hands-on experience in operations, team development, and regulatory compliance. John brings a strong passion for process improvement and operational excellence, understanding that thoughtful administrative structure plays a critical role in supporting client healing and long-term success.
John believes that well-designed systems and consistent support allow teams to deliver compassionate, effective care while empowering staff to perform at their best. His approach focuses on creating environments where quality, accountability, and empathy work together to positively impact both clients and the teams who serve them.
John earned his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and his Master of Business Administration with a healthcare focus from Florida Atlantic University, where he refined his leadership, management, and healthcare operations skills. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, cat, and dog.
