With a background in psychology and more than eight years of professional experience, including several years in behavioral healthcare, Joe Esposito has built his career around relationship development, client advocacy, and connecting individuals and families with the care they need. His experience has given him a strong understanding of the treatment landscape and the importance of compassionate, individualized care.
In his role as Director of Clinical Outreach for Outpatient Services, Joe is focused on developing meaningful relationships within the behavioral health community and expanding awareness of Paramount’s outpatient mental health and substance use services throughout Fairfield County. He is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate treatment options with confidence while serving as a trusted resource for professionals seeking appropriate care for those they serve.
Known for his approachable demeanor and strong communication skills, Joe brings a genuine, relationship-focused approach to his work and is committed to making the process of accessing treatment as seamless and supportive as possible.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with family and friends, and spoiling his toy poodle, Enzo.
