With over 12 years of experience in the behavioral health and addiction recovery field, Rafael has served as both a Case Manager and Director at a nationally recognized treatment facility, bringing leadership, compassion, and dedication to every role. He is a certified CPR/First Aid Instructor, blending expertise with a strong commitment to client & staff safety and education.
In addition to his professional credentials, Rafael draws from 20 years of personal recovery experience, providing him with a unique and deeply empathetic perspective that resonates with both clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, he enjoys freshwater fishing, hitting the golf course, is involved in numerous walks & benefits for charities, coaching, and—most importantly—spending quality time with his wife, two sons, and daughter. His approach to both life and work is grounded in authenticity, resilience, and a passion for helping others find lasting recovery.
